Reading Community Lottery Helps The Milestone Centre!
We’ve teamed up with the Reading Community Lottery (promoted by Reading Voluntary Action) to bring you a game which helps support Caversham Park Village’s community centre.
With a top prize in the weekly draw of £25,000, you help us by raising 50p from every ticket sold along with a further 10p to the other good causes also taking part.
Steve Bell, Chairman of Caversham Park Village Assoctiation said “Keeping a community centre open is no easy task these days and everything helps towards that goal. This lottery helps generated some valuable income as well as offering players the chance to win some great prizes! Players don’t have to be members. Anyone can support these local causes and have fun at the same time!”.
To buy tickets, go to the Reading Community Lottery website, sign up and buy your tickets. Search for “Caversham Park” as a local cause to ensure that your support goes back into the Milestone Centre.
Full details of how the lottery works and prizes are on the website.
If you have any questions about how the lottery works for us, please contact us.

We return to Terry Pratchett’s Discworld for the classic Mort, once again adapted for the stage by Stephen Briggs.
Mort, a young, unemployable dreamer, gets apprenticed to Death himself. He starts to learn the ropes of the Grim Reaper’s vital job, and is soon standing in for his master. But, when he meets a beautiful young queen and tries to save her from death, chaos ensues.
An original and witty adaptation sees one of Terry Pratchett’s most loved Discworld novels brought to life with all the magic, madness and mirth intact.
Thursday May 17th and Friday May 18th at 8pm
